Refund policy

The live preview you design is what we print. The map, layout and words on your poster match it, so you approve your poster before you buy it. Printed colours can differ slightly from a backlit screen.

Arrived damaged or defective. Email a photo of the damaged poster and its packaging within 1 day of delivery and we reprint it free.

Doesn't match the preview you designed. Reprint or refund, your choice.

Change of mind. Email us as soon as you can. If your poster hasn't gone to print yet we'll cancel and refund it. Once a made-to-order piece is printing it can't be restocked, so we can't take change-of-mind returns after that.

Digital files. If a file is faulty we fix it. No returns otherwise.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
