Refund policy

The live preview you design is exactly what we print, so you approve your poster before you buy it. That is how we get it right before it exists.

Arrived damaged or defective. Email a photo within 14 days of delivery and we reprint it free, or refund you.

Doesn't match the preview you designed. Reprint or refund, your choice.

Change of mind. Email us as soon as you can. If your poster hasn't gone to print yet we'll cancel and refund it. Once a made-to-order piece is printing it can't be restocked, so we can't take change-of-mind returns after that.

Digital files. If a file is faulty we fix it. No returns otherwise.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
